Details
La Loubiere, a stunning 37 acre lake in Central France with over 600 carp to a massive 74lbs and an average size of 35lbs. The lake can be fished by a maximum of 12 anglers and can be booked exclusively or per swim.

Facilities
Well maintained toilets and showers with hot water. There is an area for anglers to store bait and food with fridge and freezers as well as charging points. Delicious fresh bread, pastries, kebabs and pizzas can be delivered to the lake.

Fish Stock
Around 600 carp with the lake record as of 2021 a huge 74lb 4oz mirror. The average size as of January 2022 is 35lbs. It holds 7 carp over 60lbs, at least 20 carp over 50lbs and over 50 carp over the 40lb mark.

Swims
There are 7 swims which are well spread out around the lake to ensure each angler has plenty of water coverage. 5 of the swims are doubles and 2 are singles.
