Attraction attack!

Turn your carp food into a sumptuous, luxurious affair thanks to Mainline’s latest liquid creation

The liquid world is rife with specious claims, but here’s an immutable truth: Mainline Baits does it better than most. This new range from the Essex-based carp food behemoths, Liquid Match Additives, comes in a number of flavour options and has been designed to deliver a prolonged and competitive feeding response to any food item it’s squirted across.

The big questions

Hang on, Mainline already sells liquids just like these…
Well, you’re half right. They do already sell two types of liquids but they’re nothing like these. Their Particle & Pellets Syrups are designed, as the name suggests, for boosting particles and pellets but aren’t PVA-friendly, and whilst the Stick Mix Liquids maybe PVA-friendly, they aren’t designed as an intense hit of attraction.

So is that what these do?
Bang-on. They are super water-soluble liquids which are more suited to soaking hookbaits and small amounts of baits (i.e. a PVA bag of pellets) which you want to hold a really high, intense amount of attraction and flavour.

Are these PVA-friendly?
They most certainly are, and because of this the number of uses is limitless. Add them to your Stick bag, pellet-filled solid bag, Method mix or simply soak your hookbaits in them.

Do I need to use a lot?
Whilst there’s no set usage level – so you can really coat whatever you desire heavily in the stuff – because they pack such a punch thanks to being so concentrated, you do only need a small amount.

What flavours are available?
There are five in total, ranging from fruit, savoury and fish flavours. Two are out-and-out, world-renowned carp-catching classics: Cell and Hybrid, and the other three are Tutti Frutti, Pacific Tuna and Pellet Enchancer, and they all come in a 250ml bottle. They’re the perfect antidotes to getting bites after a summer of extreme angling pressure.
