Enterprise Tackle Monthly Bait Tip
Fake bait masters, Enterprise Tackle, launch a new line of Large Pop-Up Sweetcorn this month and their main consultant, Frank Warwick is here to give you some tips on how to get the most from it...
"In early spring, as the carp gradually get more active, I find a nice visual bit of colour on the presentation works a treat, and this new bigger Super Corn is perfect for what I need. It's bigger and more buoyant than its smaller brethren and sits up very well when tipping a boilie hookbait so it can easily be seen from above by passing carp.
"Being bigger it also stands out very well when used as a hookbait on its own and it's also good for balancing bigger hooks should the need to fish heavier arise."
"Give it ago this springtime - it's a proper edge!"
All the best, Frank.
More from Enterprise Tackle!
Enterprise Tackle has teamed up with one of the UK’s finest bait-makers – CC Moore - to produce a new range of flavoured imitation corn. Incorporating proven fish-catching favourites, early trials have provided superb results and they’re already being hailed as the ‘must-have’ big carp bait of 2015.
Included in the line-up are Frankfurter, Blackcurrant, Chocolate Malt, Belachan and Salmon flavours, with each bottle containing eight pieces of buoyant corn soaked in attractant.
They enter Enterprise Tackle’s hugely popular Classic Flavour Range, and will sit alongside existing best-sellers from Rod Hutchinson, Hinders, Nutrabaits, Richworth and Solar.
"We are really pleased to be working with such a current and forward-thinking team in CC Moore,” said Enterprise Tackle boss Chris Hornsby. “Their excellent flavours compliment our baits perfectly and will be a great addition to our range.”
While Ian Moore, who heads up CC Moore, added: “We are delighted that such a well-respected company has adopted our liquid bait flavours for use within their high quality imitation baits.
“This will add another great hookbait option for anglers using some of our most popular, fish-catching flavours.”
Top carper Frank Warwick has been one of several anglers to use the range during trials.
“What I really love about these baits is how the flavours and colours match,” said Frank. “For example, there’s purple corn soaked in Blackcurrant and white corn in Chocolate Malt.
“If you’re a fan of CC Moore boilies, these are the perfect accompaniment. But if you’re simply looking for an extra edge on hard-fished waters, then they should also be in your attack.” Each pack costs £3.10.
