Natty Knitwear From Tel And ESP

No-one does carpy knitwear like ESP…

Image

That combination of three letters and chunky knitwear is one of carp angling’s classic looks. Like many other items in the ESP range, parent company Drennan haven’t sought to re-invent the wheel every year, though that doesn’t exclude some little tweaks along the way, and that’s exactly what we’ve got for 2021…

ESP Jumper 2021
There has certainly been a resurgence in the popularity of angling knitwear since ESP began bringing us semi-regular Terry Hearn videos, though these jumpers have never gone out of fashion entirely. First came the very popular green version and now,
for 2021, ESP have produced one with a blend of five different coloured yarns for a mottled camo effect. These heavy-weight pullovers have
that classic ‘fisherman’s rib’ pattern with that subtle ESP branding above the left breast and certainly look smart enough to be worn away from the bank without anyone questioning your outfit choice.

A knitted jumper is not ideal for getting wet in cold conditions, but when teamed with waterproof salopettes and a jacket then they remain an excellent mid-layer for keeping you warm throughout the colder months. Classic yet modern, no-one does it better than ESP. Available in sizes S to 4XL. £39.95

Camo Headcase
Just like the 2021 reboot of the classic jumper, ESP’s famous Headcase Woolly Hat has also been given the same treatment. Woven from that same blend of five different coloured yarns, this hat is the perfect match. Despite its traditional exterior, the inner lining is made from soft fleece and the hats are stretchy enough to fit snugly on any head size. £11.95
