More signings for Team Kodex!

Kodex are proud to announce that three more brilliant carp anglers have joined their team of expert consultants.

Mark Johnson, Stuart Campbell and Mark Foster are the latest additions to what is rapidly becoming one of the best consultancy teams across any of the UK carp brands, with highly respected anglers such as Dave Little already on-board. The news comes just days after it was announced that the young and promising Luke Vardy had also signed to Team Kodex.

New signing Mark Johnson fishes various waters around St. Ives in Cambridgeshire, catching some of the best carp they have to offer. He likes to target proper English carp, with a PB common of 41lb 5oz and PB mirror of 47lb 5oz. Mark has a great reputation in Cambridgeshire and beyond and will be making a valuable input into Kodex’s already-superb range of tackle.

Stuart Campbell (35, Grimsby) has been fanatical about carp for over 25 years, fishing mainly syndicates of varying nature. Stuart is innately innovative and has already been a consultant for both DNA Baits and Sticky Baits. This is his first sponsorship with a tackle company and he is very keen to now get involved with the product development. Stuart’s best catches in England come in the form of a 34lb 8oz common and a 38lb 8lb mirror, while regular visits to France each year have seen him land up to 64lb 4oz so far.

Mark Foster (37, Kent) maintains the site complex at Monk Lakes in Marden, but travels to fish many other venues such as Thorney Weir and Linear Lakes, with the BCAC and UK Carp Champs in the pipeline for next year. He’s had five UK 40lb+ carp and literally hundreds in the upper 20s and 30s. The fact that Mark teaches many adults and juniors about fishing and advanced rig tech proves his own skill and knowledge, which he’ll now be putting to use in the form of product testing and development for Kodex.

These three new consultants join further recent signing Luke Vardy. Based in Nottinghamshire, 23-year-old Luke has been passionate about carp fishing for more than a decade now and grew up around some of the most well-known anglers in the Midlands, learning and practicing tactics that have helped him to establish his own reputation. He has been using Kodex tackle for quite some time and was delighted to hear of the company’s interest in signing him. He was actually in France when he heard the news, having just landed a 69lb 8oz mirror on a Kodex GenomicMGP wide-gape hook!
