JRC Stealth Classic Brolly System 2G

This popular brolly system from JRC has been resurrected with a clutch of modern upgrades…

JRC have probably forgotten more about bivvies and shelters than most of us will ever know. If knowledge is power than this company is a real heavyweight, and they’ve decided to revamp a bestseller for a new generation. This classic system looks and performs as you would expect from a brolly, with a few modern twists to keep up with the demands of modern carpers.

1. A full system

There’s nothing extra to buy once you’ve got your hands on the Stealth Classic Brolly System 2G. It comes with a total of four storm poles (two 48-inchers and a pair of 24-inchers), two front-panel options and a lightweight groundsheet, so you’re ready to go straight out of the box.

2. A thoroughly modern brolly

A space-saving plunger mechanism is the least you would expect from a modern brolly, and this revamped version has just that, giving you maximum space and a reduced chance of banging your head when you dash out for a bite.

3. Classic looks

If you asked the average carp angler to sketch a brolly system they would probably come up with something that looks just like the Stealth Classic Brolly System 2G. Proportionally, it looks just right, and the colour is a perfectly carpy green. The way the brolly’s main structure meets the front panel provides a useful peak, and there’s plenty of scope for configuring the front space.

4. Rugged materials

This brolly’s 10,000mm hydrostatic head rating gives you complete peace of mind with regards to waterproofing. On the flipside, if you’re going to be fishing in sweltering heat, the pair of large rear vents give you the chance to circulate fresh air through the shelter.

5. Brolly versatility

Easy to slide into your quiver, easy to put up, easy to pack into the supplied bag - the Stealth Classic does everything you want of a brolly, while also keeping you completely protected from the elements with the versatile front-panel system. With JRC’s pedigree behind it, you know it’s a well-thought-out shelter.
