This means you can fish bottom-baits on the deck without the worry of the hook riding up off the bottom—a real edge in Rob’s eyes. Follow these steps to tie one up yourself!

What You Need 
✔ PFTE Spinner Swivels
✔ Loop Braid
✔ 20lb Boom
✔ Longshank Beaked hooks
✔ Medium-sized shrink tubing
✔ Lighter
✔ Baiting needle
✔ Bottom baits
✔ Bait stops 

Start by taking a Long Shank BeakedPoint Hook.

Take your Loop Braid and tie a Three-Turn Whipping Knot.

Have a long tag end and pinch the braid against the hook.
