One of Europe’s biggest fishing tackle companies, Svendsen Sport, who own the following brands; Prologic, Savage Gear, Scierra, Imax, Okuma, D.A.M. etc. Are looking for a part time videographer, to film and edit creative productions.
The successful applicant will have experience in video creation and editing and have a keen interest in carp angling as well a working knowledge of other fishing disciplines. The role will be partly office based (Tamworth, Staffordshire), but will include a lot of UK and possibly European travel.
THE ROLE: Videographer/Editor/Content Creator:
We are looking for a talented videographer and video editor to join our marketing team. Our aim is to grow our social media channels and really push the boundaries. The right candidate is an enthusiastic and energetic team player, who can adapt to the fast-paced environment of our businesses and is in tune with the requirements of creating video content for social media. We want to secure our place as an industry leader across all fishing disciplines, not just with the quality of our products, but also with the quality of media. You must be someone who is creative and forward-thinking, as well as highly organised and able to shoot/produce frequent video projects in all fishing disciplines and changing styles. Knowledge of digital video editing is crucial and example pieces may be requested. You will be required to work over multiple projects at once so being able to multitask is key.

Is excited to strive for results and create content that is visually appealing and gripping to audience and portrays our brands and products in a positive light.
Passionate about creating content that delivers value and sales.
Experienced at filming highly engaging content for social media purposes and using the right video equipment for the content creation job at hand.
Able to work within our dynamic and highly talented team, both in the UK marketing department, and also when needed, the global team.
Be flexible in working hours, this position may require long days, weekends and overnight stays with the possibility of world travel.
Able to assist the marketing team in other roles such as photography and photo editing as well as attending angling shows and open days.
Values attention to detail, and able to produce high quality YouTube and social media videos at a consistent high pace.
Most importantly we are looking for a candidate who is a switched-on, super-enthusiastic creative, willing to work hard to develop their skills and is willing to work solely and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Media degree advantageous but not a requirement.
Experience:
Experience in Video Creation (Required)
Experience in Video Editing (Required)
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro (or Mac version)
Experience in the following programs is advantages; After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc
Good knowledge of Social Media, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc
Knowledge of marketing and professional content creation
Good communicator
Good written and spoken English
Licence:
Full clean driving licence (Required)
