When will my order be dispatched?

Orders will be dispatched within five working days subject to stock. Ian (the rad guy you spoke to if you made a telesales order) will get things packaged up (along with a few FREE ace CARPology stickers) and out the door and on its way before you know it.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are dealt with via Royal Mail 2nd Class or our courier, UKMail. For standard delivery, please allow 3-4 working days for Royal Mail and 1 working day for UKMail. Please note there are no deliveries on Sunday’s or Bank Holidays.

What of the item I wish to order is out of stock?

If the item you ordered is out of stock you will be notificed by telephone or e-mail. We always do our best to keep you happy and whilst we almost always have everything in stock, we’ll always try and find you a suitable replacement if required.

What if my order doesn’t arrive when expected?
